An 8 Week Mindfulness and Resilience Group
This group is designed to provide a safe and supportive space for women who have experienced abuse. The curriculum focuses on empowering participants by building a foundation of internal safety, emotional regulation, and self-compassion. Mindfulness is presented as a tool for reclaiming agency and connecting with one's inner wisdom. The group is highly experiential, with a strong emphasis on choice, gentle pacing, and a trauma-informed lens.
