Cythera offers a variety of free group programs and workshops designed to support individuals and families impacted by domestic violence, abuse, and trauma. Whether you’re looking for a space to connect with others who understand, explore healthy relationships, or build confidence as a parent, we’re here and ready to hold space for you.

We offer drop-in sessions, closed workshops, and multi-week programs for women, caregivers, children, and youth - each one guided by compassionate facilitators in a safe and supportive environment.
